Our Cleaning Method
A low‑pressure cleaning method removes moss and surface growth safely without damaging tiles. A soft‑wash treatment is then applied to kill remaining spores and slow regrowth. All debris is cleared from the roof and gutters. An outdoor water supply is required.

Low‑pressure cleaning avoids the damage and water ingress risks of pressure washing. The soft‑wash treatment continues working over time, keeping the roof cleaner for longer and protecting the tiles.

Minimum charge £300. Roof cleaning from £5 per m². Final price depends on roof size, access and condition.
